Extrusions
The main extrusion i.e. non-access type has the following features.
- Closed cavity to form dedicated board pocket which has a 3 degree taper for ease of the board installation.
- Drilling Vee on the fixing flange to avoid unnecessary drill slippage during installation.
- T bar shoulder to allow the plastic H section to pass freely along the extrusion.

The access extrusion is in two sections and has the following features.
- Base profile with 23mm board pocket and drilling Vee.
- 80 degree opening top section secured on to the board via a stainless steel spring which is held in place by pockets in the extrusion. The spring clips are 40mm wide and 3 no. would be fitted to each 1800mm section.
- The need for specialist tools to open the access section should not be necessary.
- Top section can be supplied seperately in the event of damage and easily fitted into the base section.
- Top section within the closed position will not open during bus cleaning unless levered open to 10mm when the cam action takes extrusion to the 80 degree position.

Finish
Powder paint finish to your approved RAL number to athickness of 80 microns.

We have chosen Sapa Profiles Limited the second largest aluminium profile producer in the UK having four production plants in the UK and hold over 40,000 dies for various trades and industries. Sapa are able to offer good lead times and technical support services along with proven quality control procedures necessary to guarantee tolerances on the extrusion over a long period. We would be pleased to show any of their facilities if you so wish.

Fabrication
Would be carried out at our works in Eynsford, Kent.

Packing
All frames woul be supplied for self assembly in packs marked with identification as to type, size and your reference numbers and packed in small bubble sheet polythene.

Transport
All prices are ex-works, packed and loaded onto transport; we are able to supply transport costs on request. Deliveries are flexible and arranged to suit your requirements.
